The total investment in the S7 project is going to exceed EUR 100 million. The whole business complex is planned to cover an area of 2 hectares with a total area of 55,000 sq. meters for the offices. The first building of the project, DC PIER, has been granted the BREEAM New Construction Excellence Certificate. This is the first time this certificate is granted in Lithuania and only the second in the Baltic countries.
Peikko has already supplied and is still producing 6.3 kilometers of DELTABEAM® for the first three buildings of the S7 Business Campus. Peikko has also produced and delivered over 260 tons of other steel structures including PETRA® Slab Hangers and various connection items.
