The Akimat of Uralsk (Kazakhstan) acted as the developer for the construction of the building. Akimat is a regional executive authority in Kazakhstan.
The residential building was designed by GazpromProekt. The height of the house reaches 9 floors, with a total floor area of 7000 m².
The DELTABEAM® Slim Floor Structure, which was used in this project, provided flexibility of planning solutions.
Also during the implementation of the project, HPKM® Column Shoes and HPM® Anchor Bolts were used, which ensured efficiency and reliability during the construction of the house.
