This project is a high-end brand apartment building for Samsung C&T, which was newly built as "RAEMIAN ONE PERLA" on the reconstruction site of Bangbae District 6.
Teh construction consists of 16 separate buildings, four stories being below ground and 22 stories above ground, houseing 1,097 apartments.
It was constructed safely and quickly by applying Peikko's open balcony system to 79 of the apartments, which are difficult to apply using a traditional RC (Cast-in-situ) method.
