The design of OP-Vallila has emphasized environmental aspects and responsibility, yet this landmark building in Vallila is hard not to notice in the area thanks to its wonderful architecture. Today, 3,000 financial professionals work in the block.
The site was very large and demanding both in terms of architecture and logistics. The project started in 2013 with five of the block's ten office buildings being renovated and five were demolished. Two new buildings were built in place of these five. Peikko participated in the project by delivering a large number of anchor bolts, rebar extensions, hollow slab brackets and other steel parts to the site.
