The integrated DELTABEAM® makes slim floor designs possible. In this project this was very important because of the many HVAC piping to be connected directly under the floor slab in combination whit the limited floor height.

The project consists of three different buildings (Motel, Hotel and Poly Clinique). We have evaluated with Jan De Nul and they are very pleased with our service and the features of  DELTABEAM® composite beam they can benefit in this project.
