Peikko supplied some of its product solutions for the two-story modern logistics center in Wil (ZH) for Messerli Shop AG. The lowest floor, for example, was realized with the DELTABEAM® Frame system solution, consisting of composite beams and composite steel columns. The floor area measures 70 x 100 meters.
Thanks to BIM planning and the use of prefabricated elements, a fast construction time was achieved.
Staging was required for the delivery. This meant that precise delivery lists had to be drawn up, which also considered the special static systems.
Peikko also supplied anchor bolts and the TERAJOINT® free movement joint system. This provides durable edge protection for heavy-duty floors.
