Next to Bredholm Square, a new highrise building with 23 floors is under construction. The lower floors will become Stockholmshem's new office. The office part of the building will accommodate approximately 200 workplaces. The building will also have a large terrace on one of the lower floors. The upper floors consist of over 100 new residences. With balconies in glass around the entire property, the property will have a unique and imposing imprint.
For the two lowest floors, Peikko has delivered the structural solution DELTABEAM®. With DELTABEAM®, open and flexible spaces can be created. DELTABEAM® also contributes to slim floor structures, which can provide additional room height and contribute to lower heating and cooling costs.
