HDB – Yio Chu Kang Beacon, Singapore

It comprises three residential blocks with heights ranging from 11 to 18 storeys. The strategic placement of roof gardens in certain blocks, along with the varying heights of the buildings, will result in a distinctive skyline when observed from the main road.

In this Singaporean public housing project, the utilization of bolted connections, alongside other precast connections, facilitated a rapid and efficient construction process.
