In 2016 the project started in Harbitzalleen, on Skøyen, Oslo; 322 area-effective apartments with good floor plans and high quality. The entire project will consist of a total of 60,000 square meters. Additionally, kindergartens, office buildings and commercial premises will be built here.
The prestigious laboratory building from 1920 will be preserved and will have a prominent role in the new square. The architect of the Harbitzalleen comments: "Our intention is to create modern, bright and practical apartments, ideally placed for sunshine and south and west view." Peikko's DELTABEAM® has enabled flexible open spaces for the building.
