The business center "Duetto" is environmentally friendly office building that is equipped with modern facilities that helps meeting requirements for the class A energy-efficiency. 16 680 sq m business premises are established in two 10-storey buildings. The main idea of investor was to design building that not only meets requirements of comfortable working space but also is A class building with BREEAM sertificate. "Duetto" business center was awarded as the most green building in Lithuania in 2017.
