Construction of the building started in 2013 and the total area of the building is 40 thousand square meters.

For the purpose of the investment Peikko delivered almost 3 km of DELTABEAM^® Composite Beams together with PCs^® Corbel supports.

The location of the investment required precisely planned night deliveries and direct assembly of the beams. The building was designed according to the idea of sustainable construction and will be LEED certified.
