A new campus is being built on the site of the former Deutsche Bahn repair shop, which will retain the charm of the industrial architecture and meaningfully complement the existing building. The area borders on the new TH Köln campus.
For the parking deck, the client relied on the high load-bearing capacity of our DELTABEAM®. With the flat design, 13 split-level 500 parking spaces could be created.
The DELTABEAM® span over 16.5m, with slim starboard ceilings stretching between the beams.
