Peikko's DELTABEAM® was used with wooden structures in construction of school in St-Prex, Switzerland. This project was the first one in Switzerland combining wood, concrete and composite structures. Wood-Concrete-Composite slab- solution was developed by in collaboration with Peikko and ERNE Wood Construction and project was realized with using BIM. College opened its doors at the autumn 2015.
I've been impressed about Peikko's reactivity and speed, as well as it's availability to adopt our BIM and to use it. Despite some initial issues related to different programs, we managed to export, read and implement handled data accurately. We loved the responsive relation to Peikko. We wished, other partners would do as well. Their technical and thorough support meant ease to work with.
