In 2017, Peikko Benelux received its first request for a demountable design of the precast concrete columns for a new construction market in Ternat, near Brussels. The project includes a total of 156 precast columns, each measuring 400 by 400 millimeters. HPKM column shoes with HPM anchor bolts were used. PPK installation frames were applied to ensure the correct positioning of the HPM anchor bolts and to protect the threads from contamination during pouring.

Circularity is highly important for the construction of this project. With this connection system, the precast concrete columns can be assembled quickly, efficiently, and without bracing using the screw connection, and they can also be easily dismantled later.
