The main focus of this project is on the convenience of people working here. The business center stands out not only in close relation to the historic city square, but also with a rooftop restaurant, jazz yard and outdoor cinema.
Under Vienybė Square there is a parking of 500 places being built, and the square itself is reconstructed to become attractive and alive place for Kaunas residents and guests. Green areas, wooden terraces and fountains will be created while preserving historical value of the square.
