In Tyresö, the extensive residential project Bäverbäcken is taking shape, with several new neighborhoods being developed to create a modern and vibrant district. Scandinavian Property Group (SPG) is responsible for the construction of area three, which includes eight residential buildings with a total of 257 apartments. Of these, six buildings will be LSS-housing and two will be service apartments, contributing to an inclusive and diverse living environment.
A parking garage is being constructed below ground level, where Peikko has delivered DELTABEAM® and other steel components for the structural frame. Thanks to DELTABEAM®, the building can be optimized with long spans and thin slabs, allowing for more flexible floor plans and efficient use of space. An additional benefit is that all beams come with integrated fire protection, which facilitates smooth assembly and reduces post-construction work.
