The project's developer is CityHousing Hamilton Corporation, Invizij Architects Inc. was responsible for the design, while Schilthuis Construction Inc. managed the construction process as the general contractor. Kalos Engineering Inc. provided the structural engineering expertise, and Stubbe's Precast Commercial Inc. supplied the hollowcore slabs.
